Three small, honest tools.
Vox POS
For cafés, salons & small shops
Café Lumière
Order #00284 · 14:22
A point-of-sale that runs on any tablet. Offline-first, prints to thermal receipts, handles split bills, and syncs the moment Wi-Fi returns.
Vox HRMS
For teams from 3 to 80
People, payroll, time off, and contracts in one quiet place. Built for teams tired of HR software that thinks it's an enterprise platform.
Vox Invoice
For freelancers & tiny agencies
To: Habitat Studio Ltd.
Send invoices, track who owes what, accept payment by card or transfer. Auto-reminders for the polite chasing you'd rather not do yourself.
Websites, made carefully.
I take on a small number of website projects each year — usually for independent businesses, studios, and small product companies who want a site that feels considered, ships fast, and is easy to update.
Most engagements run two to six weeks, ship on Webflow or Next.js, and end with you owning everything — the code, the CMS, the analytics, the words.

You see the work-in-progress every few days on a private link. We talk on a shared Slack/WhatsApp thread, not in 10 meetings.

Launch + 30 days
MindVox is run by one person — me — from a quiet desk and an old laptop. I'm a software developer who got tired of bloated business apps and started building smaller ones.
I've been freelancing since 2019, mostly building websites and small backends for shops, studios, and one stubborn dentist. Along the way I kept noticing the same gap: small businesses paying enterprise prices for software they barely use. So I started shipping the alternative — a point-of-sale, an HR tool, an invoicing app. Cheap, fast, no sales calls.
The studio is intentionally small. I'd rather support 250 happy customers carefully than 25,000 frustrated ones at scale.
